Job Title: BMS Contracts Manager
Location: Leixlip Co Kildare.
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We currently have an opportunity for a BMS Contracts Manager to lead and deliver Building Management System (BMS) projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in BMS systems, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
The successful candidate will need to have exemplary communication skills and be able to work in a high-pressured environment for some of the world’s leading manufactures and critical sites through the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple BMS projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Provide technical guidance and support on BMS systems including design, installation, commissioning, and integration.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
In tandem with our projects team, prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management is an advantage, but this role may suit a project engineer looking to progress their career.
Experience ideally within the BMS, HVAC or building services sector.
Strong understanding of BMS systems (e.g., Trend, Cylon (ABB), Distech, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, etc.).
Trend Control Systems or Cylon (ABB) experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
