Position Overview and Timeline: We are seeking a full-time organised and skilled Office Admin/Receptionist for a Maternity Cover period. This position is for an immediate start up until March 20th 2026, with a possible extension of 16 weeks up until July 10th 2026. The role is to manage daily administrative tasks, support our in house team & site engineers, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Phones: Answer and log incoming calls, take messages, and log customer service requests.
- Mail: Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Accounts Support: Check purchase invoices, handle customer account queries, and update financial records.
- Engineer Support: Chase and process engineers' reports and timesheets.
- Maintenance: Support the Service Coordinator, maintain customer portals, and manage calibrated instruments.
- Orders: Add prices for small works, order equipment, and handle customer purchase orders.
- Deliveries: Log and manage deliveries and courier collections.
- Stationery: Maintain and order office supplies.
- Training: Record staff training and manage renewals.
- Leave: Process and record staff leave applications.
- Vehicles: Manage and scheduling vans servicing, DOE and car hire.
- Quality: Assist with internal audits for ISO9001.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with good general PC file management skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional telephone manner
