The office in Leixlip is focused on sales and support to customers and our field-based engineers.
Job Description
The position is: Full Time
This position is suitable for an individual with a high level of planning and organizational skills.
Experience with the MS Office packages is essential.
The points below indicate, but are not limited to, some of the functions that form the scope of work to be undertaken by Field Services Coordinator role.
Training will be provided but experience in a similar role would be a strong advantage.

- Manage the maintenance contract database
- Issuing maintenance contract renewals annually
- Schedule Field Engineers on a daily/weekly and monthly basis
- Engage with customers & online portals for uploading or forwarding of reports and H&S documentation
- Update and issue RAMS for site visits as required
- Compile & process field engineer reports and prepare for issue to client
- Prepare invoicing log for completed jobs for Accounts Dept
- Log and assign planned and unplanned service calls
- Issue repair quotations where required
- Order parts for repairs when required
- Answer and forward on calls when reception is engaged or unoccupied
